Job summary

Amazon Robotics (RDPI) seeks a Systems Engineer I to oversee the deployment of robotics and packaging technologies across North America stores operations. You will lead on-site installation, coordinate with hardware engineering, software and operations teams, and ensure projects meet go-live targets across multiple sites.

This travel-heavy role requires strong technical skills in mechanical/electrical systems, network configurations, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience reading CAD drawings and CAD models.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, IT networked, or software systems.
• Ability to travel up to 75% across North America.
• Ability to read technical documentation and create SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site deployment of robotics and automation at fulfillment centers.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, product teams, and operations.
• Manage project scheduling and travel to project sites.
• Develop deployment execution documents and SOPs.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
