Job summary

Lobby Co. seeks a Territory Manager to drive the adoption of robotic therapy within Grand Rapids, MI, and surrounding markets.

You will guide surgeons and care teams through the adoption curve, training, and practice integration, while expanding account opportunities and ensuring strong hospital stakeholder engagement. The role requires 5+ years in OR-based medical devices sales, proven procedural adoption, and the ability to manage complex hospital selling environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in OR-based medical devices sales.
• Proven success driving procedural adoption and quota attainment.
• Ability to navigate complex hospital selling environments and integrate into practice.
• Must achieve clinical proficiency to cover a case within 60 days after training; 30 days additional coaching if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead system launches and establish the company’s therapies as preferred options.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural volume growth.
• Develop territory & account plans, including forecasting and pipeline management.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR teams, KOLs, and hospital stakeholders.
• Partner with Marketing and Clinical Specialists to onboard and train physicians.
• Coordinate with Clinical, Capital, and Launch teams for cross-functional execution.
• Provide case coverage support (~1 day/week).
• Collaborate with surgeons and hospital teams to optimize patient pathways.
