Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in medical device sales environment or B2B background.
• Must achieve clinical proficiency to cover a case independently within 60 days after training; possible 30 days coaching if needed.

Responsabilidades

• Support system launch, adoption, and procedural success across assigned accounts.
• Partner with Clinical Specialists during case coverage and ensure smooth handoffs from Capital and Launch teams.
• Train and support surgeons, OR, and office staff on system setup, workflow, and procedural scheduling.
• Track and document surgeon progression through the surgeon pathway and onboarding milestones.
• Build early relationships with office staff and surgeons to support scheduling.
• Assist Territory Managers in sales planning, account development, and goal achievement.
• Support field demos, workshops, and marketing events to drive awareness.
• Gather feedback from key stakeholders to support product and program improvements.
• Manage CRM documentation, expense reports, and administrative tasks.
• Upload case logs for all cases covered per policy.
