Job summary

Lobby Co in the United States is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to support the launch and adoption of an innovative robotic surgical technology. You will work with surgeons, Clinical Specialists, and commercial teams to ensure procedures are executed safely, efficiently, and with an exceptional customer experience.

You will help bring new accounts online, support in-procedure coordination, training OR teams, and guide surgeons through onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years in medical device sales environment or B2B background.
• Demonstrated success in customer engagement and technical aptitude.
• Clinical proficiency within 60 days post-training with optional coaching if needed.

Responsibilities

• Support system launch, adoption, and procedural success across assigned accounts.
• Partner with Clinical Specialists during case coverage and ensure smooth handoffs from Capital and Launch teams.
• Train and support surgeons, OR, and office staff on system setup, workflow, and scheduling.
• Track surgeon progression through onboarding milestones and competency.
• Build relationships with office staff and surgeons to understand the pathway and scheduling needs.
• Assist Territory Managers in sales planning, account development, and goal achievement.
• Support field demos, workshops, and marketing events.
