Job summary

Lobby Co in Denver, CO is seeking a Territory Manager to drive adoption of our robotic therapy in hospitals, partnering with surgeons and clinical teams to grow procedures and deepen market penetration.

You will own territory plans, forecast, and account strategy, coordinating with Marketing, Clinical Specialists, Capital and Launch teams, while ensuring a positive customer experience and meeting quarterly quotas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of OR-based medical devices sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving quotas and driving procedural adoption.
• Ability to navigate complex hospital selling environments and engage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead system launches and establish our therapies as preferred options.
• Meet/exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural volume growth.
• Develop comprehensive territory and account plans with forecasting and pipeline management.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, OR teams, KOLs, and hospital stakeholders.
• Onboard and train new physicians through the surgeon pathway with Marketing and Clinical Specialists.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with Clinical, Capital, and Launch teams.
• Provide case coverage to ensure procedural success and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with surgeons to optimize patient pathways and access within the office.
• Capture customer insights and market trends to inform priorities.
