Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in operations leadership or related field.
• Experience leading a team of 10–50 people in a complex environment.
• Deep experience in autonomous vehicles and/or robotics.
• Strong ability to present complex ideas concisely to diverse audiences.
• And, not Or mentality; balance quantity and quality in operations.
• Intrinsic motivation and ability to work independently with a team.

Responsibilities

• Rigorously tracking daily KPIs and collaborate with all sides of operations to maximize output and supply availability.
• Establish strong relationships with managers, team leads and co-located service teams to motivate the group.
• Adopt and refine daily/weekly processes for real-time operations management with other leaders.
• Build relationships with cross-functional partners to understand current state and resource allocation.
• Provide creative operational solutions to complex technical problems to unlock autonomy bets.
• Offer onsite leadership for incident response when outcomes do not match expectations.
• Navigate uncertain situations to enable tactical and strategic decision making.
