Responsibilities

Oversee and support a team of operators during assigned shifts.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture; provide feedback and insights to team and management.
Ensure deployment schedules are adhered to; communicate delays; enforce break/rotation schedules.
Handle escalations and resolve or close out tickets as needed.
Act as the primary contact between the team and management during shifts; report feedback and escalate issues.
