Job summary

DoorDash Labs is seeking a seasoned Service Operations leader to manage the PM shift for the PHX market. You will guide a team of technicians, drive uptime of assets, and partner with Service Engineering to deploy new tooling on site in the Greater Phoenix area.

You will report to the Operations Manager, Service, and you may adjust hours to ensure seamless handoffs across shifts. A strong track record in field service and robotics-related environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in service operations, field service, or technical operations.
• 2+ years leading service technicians or field teams, with ownership of performance and execution.
• Experience with work order systems and KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, throughput, SLA).
• Exposure to diagnostics, APIs, scripting, Python, GitHub is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PM-shift team of technicians to maximize uptime of all Operations assets.
• Coordinate with Service Engineering on tooling/jig needs for field deployments.
• Track technician productivity and KPIs; manage shift handoffs and escalations.
• Maintain uptime of tools and equipment; support weekend coverage as needed.
• Oversee adherence to Service SOPs, Work Order and Parts flow at local level.
