Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support facility operations, maintaining material handling equipment and robotic systems. You will perform repairs, preventative maintenance and documentation in a safety-driven environment.

You will collaborate with clients and the operations team, follow safety procedures, and contribute to a reliable, efficient facility operation within CBRE Global Workplace Solutions.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance, repairs and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Repair and maintain material handling equipment and robotic systems.
• Install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations teams.
• Perform other duties as needed.
