Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and operation of building systems inside a client facility. You will repair, maintain, and improve material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

The role involves preventative maintenance, documentation, inventory tracking, and collaboration with the Client and Operations Maintenance teams to uphold CBRE’s safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience or training.
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office.
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Repair, maintain, and improve functionality of material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
