Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support the maintenance and operation of building systems inside a client facility. You will repair, maintain, and improve material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems across the site.

Join CBRE's safety-first culture and work with the Operations Maintenance team to ensure reliable packaging and distribution equipment. The role emphasizes preventative maintenance, teamwork, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Experience using hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with the Client and Operations Maintenance team.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed or assigned.
