Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the operation and maintenance of building systems within a client facility, focusing on material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems.

You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and improvements to ensure safe, reliable equipment performance. The role requires hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems, proficiency with basic computer tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using hand tools and diagnosing electrical/mechanical issues.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Address electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE and robotics.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
