CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support the maintenance and operation of building systems inside a client facility. You will repair, maintain, and continuously improve MHE and robotic systems across the facility.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related experience or training.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs/ladders.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot MHE and robotic systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
