Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the ongoing operation and maintenance of material handling equipment and robotic systems in a client facility. You will repair, maintain, and improve MHE performance while ensuring safety and compliance throughout the site.

The role requires basic tools, CMMS experience, and the ability to work with the Client and Operations teams in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time on-site position in the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience or training in maintenance.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to solve problems and follow standard instructions.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Resolve electrical and mechanical issues on MHE and conveyors.
• Install and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
• Perform other duties as needed.
