Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is hiring a Clinical Representative, Monarch Urology to cover the Great Lakes Territory, including Michigan. The role is based in Detroit with extensive travel to hospitals and clinics, delivering surgical technologies and clinical support.

You will train healthcare teams, demonstrate devices, and develop relationships to expand usage of Monarch Urology in patient care. A strong clinical background and travel commitment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 3+ years in clinical or device sales.
• Experience in clinical, medical device sales or procedural support is required.
• Urology or surgical robotics experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-case procedural support and technical expertise to physicians, nurses, and staff using Monarch Urology.
• Help create and maintain strong customer relationships through clinical support, training, and education.
• Support account development activities to build clinical confidence and drive utilization.
• Assist with product and clinical demonstrations, launch planning, and customer education initiatives.
• Identify educational opportunities to improve customer proficiency and procedural adoption.
• Lead and support sales activities at the account level to ensure products are purchased and in-stock.
