Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Clinical Representative for Monarch Urology to cover the Great Lakes Territory, including Michigan, Indiana, and northern Ohio, ideally based in Detroit, MI. This role delivers procedural support, education, and clinical demonstrations to physicians and staff in hospitals and ASCs.

You will advance surgeon and patient outcomes by applying robotic and urology expertise, collaborating with the sales and clinical teams, and driving adoption of Monarch Urology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant experience in medical devices or clinical sales.
• Clinical, medical device technical and/or sales experience is required.
• Ability to learn and communicate technical/clinical concepts to physicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support and technical expertise to physicians and staff in Monarch Urology cases.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through education and responsive service.
• Support account development activities to increase usage and utilization.
• Assist with product demonstrations, launch planning, and customer education initiatives.
• Identify educational opportunities to improve customer proficiency and adoption.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Leader to support objectives and referral development.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams for questions and issue escalation.
• Develop expert product knowledge and understanding of kidney stone workflows.
