Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Clinical Representative for Monarch Urology, covering AZ, NM, and Las Vegas. You will deliver procedural support, education, and customer training to physicians, nurses, and staff, driving clinical adoption and device utilization in a fast-growing territory.

You will collaborate with sales leadership, coordinate demonstrations, and ensure high standards of professional service while navigating a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Clinical, medical device technical and/or sales experience required.
• Experience in urology or surgical robotics preferred.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to physicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-case procedural support to physicians, nurses and staff using Monarch Urology.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through clinical support, training and education.
• Support account development to increase user competence and utilization.
• Assist with product demonstrations, launch planning, training events and customer education.
• Identify educational opportunities to improve proficiency and adoption.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Leader to support objectives and plans.
• Serve as liaison for questions, escalation, and reporting of concerns.
• Develop expert product knowledge and understand kidney stone workflows.
• Maintain professionalism, service and compliance in all interactions.
• Lead and support sales activities to ensure products are in stock and used.
