Job summary

Procept is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to cover Las Vegas, NV, sharing the territory with the capital sales rep, driving lead generation, and meeting with surgeons and staff to promote the company’s robotic system.

The role requires 2–3 years in medical device sales and B2B experience, with travel up to 75%. Compensation includes a base of $85,000 plus a variable component totaling around $135,000 at plan, with full benefits and stock at signing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2–3 years’ experience in medical device industry
• Prior B2B sales experience, med devices, running trays, supporting cases, driving sales and OR experience
• Knowledge of the Operating Room/Hospital environment
• Ability to travel up to 75%

Responsibilities

• Share territory with the capital sales rep (mini quota)
• Lead generation
• Meet with staff and surgeons to learn product usage and promote the robotic system
• Develop territory plan with Robotics Sales Representative
• Support field efforts to reach quarterly sales goals
• Support regional Sales and Marketing events to raise product awareness and adoption
• Engage hospital staff and surgeon thought leaders to create a qualified lead funnel
