Job summary

Lobby Co. is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to drive territory planning and lead generation within the medical device space.

You will collaborate with the Robotics Sales Representative to tailor objectives for the local market, assist in achieving quarterly sales goals, and support regional events to raise product awareness and adoption. Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor’s degree, 2–3 years in medical devices with OR exposure, and strong B2B sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years in medical devices and OR/ORS experience.
• Proven B2B sales, tray handling, case support, and sales driving.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Robotics Sales Rep to create territory plan tailored to the local market.
• Support field efforts to hit quarterly sales goals.
• Assist regional Sales and Marketing development events to raise product awareness and adoption.
• Develop qualified leads with hospital staff and surgeons.
