Job summary

Lobby Co is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to drive growth in the Boston area within the medical device robotics field. You will partner with the territory sales team, conduct lead generation, and meet with hospital staff and surgeons to understand needs and generate interest in the robotic system.

You will develop territory plans, support quarterly goals, and help run regional events to raise product awareness and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years in medical device industry preferred.
• Prior B2B sales experience, OR experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Operating Room/Hospital environment beneficial.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of time.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plan with the Robotics Sales Representative tailored to the Boston market.
• Support field efforts to achieve quarterly sales goals.
• Assist regional Sales and Marketing events to raise product awareness and adoption.
• Engage with hospital staff and surgeons to build a qualified lead funnel.

TITLE: Associate Sales Representative

• Share the same territory as the capital sales rep (mini quota)
• Lead generation
• Meeting with staff and surgeons to find out what products they are currently using and to gain interest in using the company's robotic system.

The Day-to-Day Will Involve:

• Work with the Robotics Sales Representative to develop a territory plan that outlines sales objectives tailored to the local market
• Support field efforts to achieve quarterly sales goals
• Support regional Sales and Marketing development events that create product awareness and procedure adoption
• Working with key hospital staff and surgeon thought leaders to develop a qualified lead funnel

QUALIFICATIONS:

The Qualifications Procept Needs You to Possess:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the preferably in the Medical Device industry
• Prior B2B sales exp, med device- running trays, supporting cases, driving sales and OR exp
• Knowledge of the Operating Room/Hospital environment
• Ability to travel up to 75%

The Qualifications Our Client Would Like You to Possess:

• Strong local relationships within the healthcare community in specified geographic area
• Leadership skills as demonstrated through past professional performance, involvement in sports, professional clubs, or associations
• 2-3+ years of sales experience

COMPENSATION:

Base:85K VARIABLE COMP 50K total comp-135K at plan, uncapped, car allowance, Full expenses, 401K, medical/dental, etc., Stock at sign on
