Job summary

Shape Technologies Group is seeking a dedicated service professional to provide expert support for SPA robotic systems regionally across North America. Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly in writing and speaking.
Must be willing to travel as required by the role.
Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge is essential.
Experience or knowledge in Fanuc robot programming is a plus.
Proficiency with MS Office and basic DOS commands.

Responsibilities

Operate SPA 24-hour Hotline support.
Provide SPA daytime phone support and robot maintenance.
Troubleshoot and repair robot and system hardware and software.
Train customers and maintain strong relations.
Travel to customer sites and SPA locations as needed.
