Job summary

Path Robotics is seeking a Field Service Technician to operate and maintain advanced robotic welding systems across customer sites. You will load, inspect, and monitor welded assemblies with precision, manage parts inventory, and perform preventive maintenance.

You will travel extensively (75%+) to install, troubleshoot, and optimize automation cells, collaborating with engineering resources to resolve issues and improve performance. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems in manufacturing equipment.
• Experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting robotic welding systems.
• Willingness to travel 75%+ to customer sites.
• Familiarity with fabrication or machine shop processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a state-of-the-art multi-robotic welding system with robotic vision and sensors.
• Load, inspect, and verify welded assemblies; manage inventory of parts and completed units.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair automation cells at customer sites.
• Record data to facilitate engineering-driven issue resolution and improve cell performance.
• Interface with customers and engineering teams to optimize equipment efficiency.
