Job summary

Shape Process Automation in the United States (Spa, KY) is seeking a Service Technician to provide legendary support for SPA robotic systems, both at SPA and at customer sites across North America. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and on-site training.

The role requires travel up to 75%, strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, and experience with Fanuc robots or similar automation systems.

SUMMARY

To provide legendary customer service of SPA robotic systems in support of our customer expectations and SPA Corporate Mission and Goals.

Complete customer support of SPA equipment both at SPA and at customer sites across North America.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

• Operate SPA 24-hour Hotline support.
• SPA daytime phone support.
• Robot preventative maintenance.
• SPA system preventative maintenance.
• Robot mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
• SPA system mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Robot electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
• SPA system electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Robot software troubleshooting.
• SPA system software troubleshooting.

Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

TRAVEL

Travel is estimated up 75%.
