Job summary

上海高仙自动化科技发展有限公司 seeks a technically skilled pre-sales and after-sales engineer for robotics. You will cooperate with sales to visit customers, promote product technology and usage plans, and provide on-site technical support.

You will repair software/hardware issues, train customers in daily operation and maintenance, gather feedback, and work with R&D to improve products. Fluency in English and Chinese plus travel willingness are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, after-sales, and maintenance

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with sales to visit customers, promote product technology and usage plans
• Provide customers with robot application technical support, communicate and solve technical problems
• Assist customers in repairing product software and hardware failures, and train customers in daily operation, use, and maintenance
• Understand customer needs and on-site problems, communicate with product managers and formulate feasible solutions
• Collect customer feedback and assist R&D engineers to improve products
