Job summary

Xynova in San Francisco is seeking a Product Technical Support & Delivery specialist to lead end-to-end support for robotic arm products. You will install, debug, and validate systems on-site, provide expert troubleshooting, and deliver compelling demos at exhibitions.

Applicants should have a robotics engineering background, ROS2 skills, Python proficiency, and able to communicate with both US clients in English and the R&D team in Chinese. Willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automation, Mechatronics, Robotics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Intelligent Manufacturing, or related fields.
• Experience with robotic arm technology and on-site deployment is preferred.
• Proficiency with ROS1/ROS2; hands-on RVIZ and MoveIt2 experience.
• Linux basics, SSH debugging, and reading ROS logs.
• Python programming; ability to call robotic arm SDKs for tests.
• Strong English for US clients and Chinese communication with R&D.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of technical support for robotic arm products, from pre-sales to after-sales.
• Oversee on-site installation, power-on debugging, and system acceptance.
• Diagnose faults and resolve issues remotely or on-site; establish troubleshooting workflows.
• Create knowledge base materials: user manuals, FAQs, and after-sales summaries.
• Collect customer feedback and work with R&D to drive product improvements.
• Support exhibitions with product demonstrations and technical explanations.
