Job summary

Dexterity, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to keep robotic systems running in live customer warehouses. You’ll handle hands-on field servicing, preventive maintenance, hardware/software troubleshooting, and rapid fault resolution on-site.

You will be the technical face on deployments, ensuring uptime and performance while collaborating with customers and HQ engineering to improve products and serviceability.

Qualifications

• BS or AAS in robotics, CS, EE, ME, or Mechatronics or equivalent field-service experience.
• Experience repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic systems in automated environments.
• Comfort with Linux/UNIX CLI, logs, and basic networking debugging.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on field repairs, preventive maintenance, and component replacements on production robotic systems.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of hardware and system issues on-site using tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Lead installation, commissioning, testing, and calibration during new deployments and upgrades.
