Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of field service or related technical work in robotics or medical devices.
• Foundational knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and software troubleshooting.
• Experience with installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Familiarity with GMP/ISO and documentation requirements in regulated environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, data collection, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; professional hospital interactions.
• Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team; strong organization.
• Experience using CRM or service-management tools; MS Dynamics preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical service support for robotic medical systems and equipment.
• Perform system set-up, installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, software, and system-performance issues using approved procedures.
• Coordinate with hospital staff regarding service visits, site readiness, and equipment access.
• Maintain service records, including work orders and parts usage, with precise documentation.
• Escalate complex issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams for resolution.
• Travel locally up to 80% with potential domestic travel; support flexible hours as needed.
• Participate in training and share field knowledge to strengthen service capability.
• Adhere to safety, privacy, infection-control, GMP/ISO standards, and company policies.
