Johnson & Johnson MedTech is hiring a Robotic Solutions Engineer (RSE), Field Service, located in the Orlando, FL area. You will join the Technical Field Service team supporting robotic medical systems in hospital and manufacturing environments, performing setup, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and de-installation with guidance.

Applicants should have 2–3 years in field service or robotics, strong troubleshooting, and excellent communication with hospital staff.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in field service, medical devices, robotics, or related technical setting.
• Foundational troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and software domains.
• Experience with installation, commissioning, or preventive maintenance activities.

Responsabilités

• Set up, install, and commission robotic medical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, software, and system issues with approved tools.
• Maintain service records, including work orders and spare parts usage.
• Coordinate with hospital staff regarding service visits and site readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service effectiveness.
