Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Robotic Solutions Engineer (RSE), Field Service, to support robotic medical systems in hospital and manufacturing environments. You will perform setup, installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and service activities with adherence to procedures and safety standards.

Travel is heavy (approximately 80% local/regional in the U.S.), with occasional extended hours.

Qualifications

2-3 years of field service, medical devices, robotics, capital equipment, or related technical environment.
Foundational knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, software, and computer-based troubleshooting.
Experience supporting installation, commissioning, sustaining support, calibration, functional testing, or preventive maintenance activities.

Responsabilités

Perform setup, movement, installation and commissioning support, preventive maintenance, repair, calibration, testing, upgrades, and de-installation activities for robotic medical systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, software, firmware, and system-performance issues using approved service documentation and tools.
Coordinate with hospital stakeholders regarding service visits, equipment access, site readiness, and patient-safety considerations.
