Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, robotics, or related field required.
• 4–6 years in capital medical technology industry.
• Experience with software and mechanical/electrical mechanisms and robotics.
• Strong written and oral English communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up, move, maintain, repair, and de-install systems.
• Data log analysis for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Lead RSE service team to maintain robotic systems uptime.
• Document tasks and report to senior management.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineering, Product Support, QA and cross-functional teams to improve uptime and MTTR.
