Johnson & Johnson MedTech is hiring a Robotic Solutions Engineer (RSE), Field Service, located in West Palm Beach, FL Area. This role supports robotic medical systems in hospital and manufacturing environments, performing set‑up, installation, maintenance, and de‑installation with guidance.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, qualify issues, and ensure service quality while meeting safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in field service or robotics environment.
• Foundational knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electro‑mechanical, software troubleshooting.
• Experience with installation, commissioning, sustaining support, calibration, functional testing, or preventive maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Set up, install, commission, and maintain robotic medical systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues using service tools.
• Respond promptly to service needs to ensure uptime and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate visits with hospital stakeholders and manage parts inventory.
• Document work orders and service activities with complete records.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and cross‑functional teams.
