Johnson & Johnson in Orlando, FL is seeking a Robotic Solutions Engineer (RSE), Field Service, to support robotic medical systems in hospital and manufacturing environments. The role focuses on system setup, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and de-installation with guidance from senior staff.

Qualifications

Experience with robotic medical systems or similar field service environments.
Ability to perform system set-up, installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair.
Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, firmware, and software domains.

Responsibilities

Perform system set-up, movement, installation and commissioning support for robotic medical systems.
Conduct preventive maintenance, repairs, calibration, testing, upgrades, and de-installation activities.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, software, firmware, and system-performance issues using approved procedures.
