Tutor Intelligence, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance & Field Service Technician to ensure high uptime of robotic systems across North America.

You will deploy, commission, and validate new robots at customer sites, perform preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot a range of mechanical, electrical, and control issues. You’ll work closely with customers, document field data, and collaborate with Engineering to improve reliability and serviceability.

Qualifications

• Experience with electromechanical systems
• Knowledge reading schematics and drawings
• Willingness to travel extensively across the US
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset

Responsabilités

• Deploy robotic systems at customer sites, including installation and handoff
• Perform preventative maintenance on autonomous robotic systems
• Troubleshoot electromechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control issues
• Execute repairs, upgrades, and field modifications
• Travel to customer sites to support deployments and service events
