Job summary

Boston Dynamics is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support our Warehouse Robotics in the field across customer sites in the United States. You will perform repairs, installations, and routine maintenance while collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Service Operations to deliver timely technical solutions.

The role requires strong technical capabilities, customer-focused communication, and the ability to travel up to 80%.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a role delivering high quality, reliable field service.
• Customer management and communication skills in service environments.
• Track record of meeting CSAT and response/resolution targets.
• Experience performing repairs/maintenance on mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency repairs, installations, site integrations, routine maintenance, and general service for western regional customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Service Operations to drive technical solutions.
• Ensure world-class support outcomes: CSAT, issue resolution time, and first-time fix metrics.
• Document service activities promptly in CRM.
