Boston Dynamics is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support North American customers in field assignments across warehouses and industrial sites. You will handle on-site repairs, installations and routine maintenance with a focus on exceptional service outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency repairs, installations, site integrations, routine maintenance, and general technical service and support for our western regional customers.
• Collaborate across Sales, Engineering, and Service Operations to drive technical solutions and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure world-class support outcomes - CSAT, issue resolution time, and first-time-fix metrics.
• Document and complete service administration activities promptly in our CRM.
