Job summary

Boston Dynamics is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support our North American warehouse robotics installations and service at customer sites. You will perform repairs, installs, and routine maintenance, collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Service Operations to deliver rapid, field-based solutions.

The role requires strong technical skills, independence, excellent customer communication, and willingness to travel up to 80%.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service delivering high quality, reliable, responsive support.
• Experience with highly specialized platform technology.
• Strong customer management and communication skills.
• Track record of achieving support metrics (resolution time, response time, CSAT).

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency repairs, installations, site integrations, routine maintenance and general technical service and support for western regional customers.
• Collaborate across Sales, Engineering, and Service Operations to drive technical solutions and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure world-class support outcomes - CSAT, issue resolution time, and first-time-fix metrics.
• Document and complete service administration activities promptly in our CRM.
