Job summary

DoorDash Labs in the Phoenix area is seeking a strong operator to perform testing, deployment, and logging of new advanced technologies, working across multiple offices. You will report to the Team Lead and be part of the Field Operations team.

The role requires nights and weekend shifts, comfort biking in day and night conditions, and willingness to travel to Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert and Scottsdale as needed. Join us to advance autonomous mobility within last-mile logistics.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience or strong interest in the space.
• Driver's license required to operate across Phoenix locations.
• Comfortable riding an electric bike in day/night and traffic.
• Experience with live Field Operations for product deployment is a plus.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools to track feedback and fixes.

Responsibilities

• Manage live tests actively in transport, deployment, and safety.
• Work with hardware, software, and business operations teams to improve the product.
• Execute and document tests to verify autonomous technologies and report issues.
• Maintain rigorous testing processes and safety checklists.
