Job summary

DoorDash Labs is seeking a seasoned Service Operations lead for the PHX market. This on-site role in the Greater PHX Area (AZ) on the PM shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) involves directing a team of technicians, coordinating with Service Engineering on tooling, and ensuring uptime of all assets across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in service operations, field service, or technical operations.
• 2+ years leading service technicians or field teams.
• Strong experience with work order systems and operational KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, throughput, SLA).
• Valid U.S. drivers license required and a successful completion of MVR.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safety-first approach to all things Service.
• Lead the PM-shift team of technicians to maximize uptime of all Operations assets during your shift.
• Work with Service Engineering on tooling/jig needs with field deployments of new platforms.
• Own shift handoff with the AM Associate Operations Manager and flag open work orders, escalations, and parts status.
