Job summary

LeoForce is building a robotics/AI product line in Plano and seeks a Mid Level Pre-Sales Engineer to drive demonstrations, POC programs, and deployment across education, manufacturing, public safety, and events. You will own on-site installation and training, translating customer needs into actionable solutions and coordinating with product/engineering for feedback.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related technical field and strong hands-on ability.
3+ years in pre-sales engineering, field deployment, or technical rollout of robotics/IoT products.
Ability to install, configure, network, troubleshoot, and demonstrate systems at customer sites.
Strong presentation and training skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Willingness to travel 50%+ within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver product demonstrations and structured POC programs for prospective customers.
Lead on-site installation, configuration, connectivity setup, and acceptance testing.
Train customer teams on system use and best practices.
Translate customer requirements into scenario-specific solutions and success criteria.
Own the pre-sales Q&A process; troubleshoot field issues and relay feedback to product/engineering.
Maintain regional demo fleet and manage inventory, firmware, and event logistics.
Support channel partners with training, certification, and coaching.
Represent the company at trade shows and customer events.
Collaborate with regional account managers on active customer pursuits.
