Job summary

FieldAI is seeking a proactive Field Application Engineer to lead customer deployments of autonomous robotic systems, including quadrupeds, rovers, and humanoids. You will be the primary technical contact for customers, coordinating with field operations and engineering teams.

The role blends hands-on robotics, project management, and clear technical communication in dynamic field environments. You will develop deployment plans, mentor customers, and help shape product development based on field

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Hands‑on experience with robotics platforms, autonomous systems, drones, quadrupeds, humanoids, or related tech.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers throughout deployment, testing, and operations.
• Lead customer-facing engagements related to deployment planning, implementation, system performance, and ongoing support.
• Develop deployment plans, project timelines, operational procedures, and technical strategies for autonomous robotic systems.
• Coordinate and drive execution across engineering, operations, and customer teams for successful outcomes.
• Deploy and supervise advanced robotic systems in field environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, autonomy, networking, and integration issues in live settings.
