Job summary

Humanoid is seeking a Field Application Engineer to support deployment and integration of our humanoid robot solutions at customer facilities in North America. The role involves on-site visits, data collection, lab simulations, and high‑quality demos, with ~40% travel.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and experience managing robotics deployment projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• Hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience required.
• Experience leading robotics deployment projects and customer pilots preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment and integration of humanoid robot solutions at customer sites.
• Conduct visits to customer facilities to gather data and define integration requirements.
• Build physical twins, test rigs, and lab environments for testing and validation.
• Organize and deliver product demonstrations in the lab for customers and investors.
• Represent the company at expos and events with live demos.
• Lead on-site PoC and pilot projects, tracking progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to optimize deployment strategies.
