Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Robotics Deployment & Applications Engineer to lead the rollout of Infinite Kitchens nationwide from Boston, MA, with up to 75% travel to deployment sites. You will coordinate with internal teams, general contractors, and external vendors to ensure smooth deployments and continuous improvement.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a background in engineering/mechatronics.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience leading technical teams on site in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and relationship-building with internal teams and third parties.
Strong project management skills and meticulous documentation.

Responsibilities

Lead onsite deployments of Infinite Kitchens and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
Serve as the primary onsite contact during deployments and manage risks.
Develop and improve deployment and maintenance processes and documentation.
Collaborate with project managers and maintenance teams on long-term improvements.
Work with Hardware/Software Engineers in the lab to support new projects and tests.
Build prototypes and test plans with Engineering team; run internal product tests.
Mentor a small team of technicians and ensure quality of deployments.
