Job summary

Map Your Show, LLC is seeking a Deployment Project Manager to lead warehousing robotics and automation deployments from kickoff to final acceptance in North America. You will collaborate with Sales and Deployment Integration to define scope, schedules and client expectations while coordinating cross-functional teams on site.

Ideal candidates have an engineering degree or equivalent, 7+ years in technical/logistics project management, strong communication and leadership, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in technical/logistics project management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through full project life cycle.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets.
• Willingness to travel ~50% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehousing robotics deployment projects end-to-end.
• Coordinate scope, deliverables and client expectations with Sales and Deployment teams.
• Manage third-party contractors and RFQ/qualification processes.
• Guide installation and commissioning resources to milestones.
• Monitor risk, maintain risk register and mitigation plans.
• Oversee budgets, track variances and safeguard profitability.
• Act as client single point of contact across all project phases.
• Ensure system testing and acceptance milestones are met.
• Prepare change orders in alignment with contracts.
