Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Robotics Deployment & Applications Engineer in Boston to lead deployments of Infinite Kitchens nationwide, while developing customer lab solutions. The role requires hands-on leadership of technical teams, with up to 75% travel to deployment sites and close collaboration with engineering and project teams.

You will work with hardware/software engineers in the lab, build prototypes, and create test plans.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading technical teams on site in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communicator; builds strong relationships with teams and third parties.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proficient with project management tools (e.g. Jira).

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite deployments of Infinite Kitchens.
• Coordinate between internal teams, contractors and vendors.
• Identify risks and ensure smooth project execution.
• Improve deployment and maintenance processes and docs.
• Collaborate with project managers and maintenance teams on long-term improvements.
• Support lab testing with Hardware/Software Engineers.
• Mentor a small team of technicians.
