Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Clinical Territory Associate in the Columbus, OH area to partner with the team and gain knowledge across technical, clinical, and sales aspects over a 24+ month development program.

The role involves supporting surgeon trainings, conducting in-services, and promoting the benefits of robotic technology to healthcare providers. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and be ready for travel, with a track record of success and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership (military) or outside sales experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed.
• Proven track record of success and strong work ethic.
• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales reps with surgeon trainings and territory management.
• Guide technical in-services for OR staff and surgeons.
• Promote benefits of advanced robotic technology to existing users.
• Prepare for quota-bearing roles through goal setting and mapping.
• Handle administrative tasks including reporting and expense submissions.
