Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Robotics Clinical Sr Specialist to promote and support technology-centric product launches at key customer accounts. You will educate, train, and assist stakeholders to achieve sustainable use of new technology.

You will develop launch plans, lead surgical teams through ROSA and other technologies, onboard new accounts with system installation and clinical support, and help drive customer satisfaction. Up to 75% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical sales experience or 1 year of orthopedic (joint replacement) sales or case coverage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop account-specific launch plans for locally sustainable support and use of new technologies.
• Lead surgical teams through training pathways for surgeons, staff, and administrators on ROSA™ system and other technologies.
• Onboard new accounts, including system installation, in-service training for facility staff, and clinical support during enabling technology cases.
• Support advanced technology upgrades as required.
• Responsible for key administration duties.
• Promote the highest levels of customer satisfaction through timely responses, clear communications, and professional appearance.
• Attend annual trainings as required.

The Robotics Clinical Sr Specialist is apart of our Technology Launch team and will promote and support technology centric product launches at key customer accounts. As part of the program development team, the Robotics Clinical Specialist will educate, train, and assist key stakeholders of sustainable use of technology helping customers achieve their technology program goals.

How You'll Create Impact

• Develop account specific launch plan to enable locally sustainable support and use of new technologies
• Lead surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons, staff, and administrators on the ROSA™ system and other technologies
• Partners with Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service technicians to onboard new accounts, including attend system installation, provide in-service to relevant facility staff, train local implant sales colleagues and provide clinical support during enabling technology cases
• Supports advanced technology upgrades as required
• Responsible for key administration duties
• Promote the highest levels of customer satisfaction through the timely response of customer inquiries, clear and effective communications, and professional appearances.
• Follow all internal communication and documentation policies (QA).
• Attend annual trainings as required

Your Background

Base salary of $100,000 - $120,000 USD with a $75,000 USD incentive.
