Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Robotics Clinical Sr Specialist to lead technology-centric product launches at key accounts. You will educate, train, and support stakeholders to achieve technology program goals, including ROSA and other technologies.

The role involves developing launch plans, leading surgical training, onboarding accounts, and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction. Up to 75% travel is expected with a competitive base and incentive structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred or a combination of education and experience considered.
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical sales experience or one year of orthopedic (joint replacement) sales or case coverage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop account specific launch plan to enable locally sustainable support and use of new technologies.
• Lead surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons, staff, and administrators on the ROSA system and other technologies.
• Onboard new accounts, including attending system installation and providing in-service to facility staff and sales colleagues.
• Provide clinical support during enabling technology cases and assist with advanced technology upgrades as required.
