Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Customer Trainer to deliver da Vinci System technology training for surgeons, first assistants, and OR staff across diverse specialties. The role focuses on continuous improvement of training programs and supporting customer training initiatives.

The position requires travel up to 30%, a Bachelor’s degree in a health sciences or related field, and strong problem solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a health sciences, engineering, business or education field.
• Minimum 24 months in this role to be eligible for career transition within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver da Vinci System training to surgical teams at designated training centers and remote centers.
• Lead specialized training programs and Society events for surgeon educators and course participants.
• Survey training data to measure program effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Serve as subject matter expert on internal projects like product development, material/protocol creation, and research initiatives.
• Train the sales force to conduct in-services and system technology skills with customers.
