Responsibilities

• Partner with the Clinical Sales Manager to drive robot utilization.
• Mentor surgical teams through training sessions and OR integration.
• Be a da Vinci Surgery resource across primary surgical specialties.
• Support regional Sales and Marketing events to raise system awareness.
• Develop a da Vinci Surgery plan for each team for unsupervised use.
• Expand user base by working with KOLs.
• Drive the sales of instruments and accessories.
• Mentor new team members to high performance.
• Manage administrative tasks and expense reporting.
