Job summary

Intuitive in the United States is seeking a U.S. da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager to lead the regional clinical sales team and drive utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System within the installed base.

You will oversee installations, training, and growth while hiring and developing Account Managers across the region. The role requires a track record in da Vinci Surgery Sales or 5+ years in clinical sales management, strong OR knowledge, and leadership in medical devices.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in da Vinci Surgery Sales or 5+ years in clinical sales management.
• In-depth knowledge of OR environments and capital equipment sales processes.
• Experience leading and directing a medical device sales team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computer tools and data reporting.
• Willingness to participate in ISI field sales management training and interview skills.
• Experience with remote field management and sales process implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement da Vinci Surgery sales activities to meet and exceed goals.
• Expand da Vinci Surgery usage in existing accounts and new surgeons.
• Train and develop the U.S. Account Managers and guide system installations.
• Manage installations, training, and utilization growth within the region.
• Travel moderately to extensively to support customers and districts.
• Provide the sales team with updates on product information and new strategies from Marketing.
• Collaborate with Training and Marketing to implement new programs from leadership.
